Sessions were offered in the beautiful ballroom at Hennessey Hall (The Mansion) and in close informal sessions in the conference room. 

In the opening session U.S. Senator Menendez mentioned NJAAGP during the presentation by NJ Governor Corzine  and U.S Senator Lautenberg on Accessing Your Federal Government 2009, via the web.

With many presenters including celebrity Marc Summers from Double Dare/Food Network fame and Jane Hexter (pictured left) from GrantsChampion, participants were engaged in strengthening their "Grant Success in Changing Times"

The New Jersey Chapter of AAGP held a Regional Conference on May 18, 2009 with offerings for comprehensive educational and professional growth for those committed to excellence in the practice of grantsmanship.  Speakers were selected from a wide range of backgrounds to meet the needs of our membership.  The conference draws grant proposal writers, grant managers, nonprofit administrators, and consultants of all skill levels, in all areas of practice, from arts to education to homeland security.
